So it’s fitting she reached Canon with an enthusiasm task idea that present using a 1DX MKII out into the Oregon wilderness to place it through their paces, as well as perhaps a lot of surprisingly, to make use of a drone to cradle and state speedlites in some manner and location you just couldn’t do normally.
Really Krystle was on with a group of really serious kayakers that would be, at some point, exceeding a 60ft waterfall around inside the dead of evening. Not merely ended up being that difficult your 1DX to manage in reasonable light, but an actual physical challenge for Krystle to stay ideal position – a posture that could be overlooking the kayakers, clinging over the waterfall. Using 2 600EX speedlites hanging from a drone was the concept, and exactly what the rig enabled Krystle to accomplish got little in short supply of brilliant.
